Where do you ship to?

Nordic Studies Press will ship books worldwide.

 

How quickly do you process orders?

Orders will be processed within 1–5 business days.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Your shipping is calculated during checkout after you enter your mailing address. You will be able to review the shipping charges before placing your order. Individual orders ship via the USPS.

Shipping for bookstores or other large orders may billed to your own shipping account (UPS, FedEx).

 

What’s my tracking number?

We can provide a tracking number upon request.

 

How do you handle international customs, taxes, or duties?

We attach the appropriate customs forms to every international shipment and clearly label the contents as “books.” Many countries do not levy customs taxes on the importation of books, so in most cases, no customs fees will be applied. However, any import taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so if you have any concerns before you order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

 

Do you offer a discount if I want to buy a lot of books?

Yes – please contact us for bulk order as the more you order – the more you save!

 

What is your return policy?

Books are not returnable.

  

I am a professor. How do I get a review copy?

For review copies, please contact us with details of the title you wish to preview, course information, and your full contact information.

 

Do you accept book proposal submissions?

We’d love to hear what you have in mind. Please contact us and our editorial team will review it. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
